We can assist with a single Show, or manage the entire season for you. With our network throughout the United States and Canada, we have the ability to store your Exhibit booth in between Trade Shows to avoid potential costly cross country moves to and from each show. And our pricing allows for the exact services and equipment that your shipment requires. We can assist with Special Service moves to and from all points in the United States and Canada. Our in-house International Department can assist with air and ocean shipping, and our brokerage division can provide flatbeds or regular freight trucking services if needed. We'll be happy to work with your exhibit house if they manage your booth for you. We also include a basic level of protection against damage and have multiple options available at additional cost which can even be set up to protect your exhibit booth while on the show floor. We'll be happy to go over all coverage options to assist you with discovering the best option for you.

    Check List For Every Trade Show Exhibit Shipment:

• Confirm with shipper/exhibitor that we have all necessary details such as contacts, phone numbers, booth numbers, drayage contractor info, etc. 

• Confirm details of shipment such as total number of pieces, dimensions of all pieces, if any items can be tipped or stacked, and if docks and forklifts available at loading and unloading site in the event decking is used. Proper piece count and dimensions are required to plan out space needed in trailers.

• Make sure that truck dispatched is properly equipped for the customers needs. Confirm Satellite Tracking and drivers cell phone is operating properly.

• Driver is required to make a 24 hour pre-call prior to all pick ups and deliveries to confirm dates and times, addresses, and any last minute changes

• Monitor EACH shipment multiple times throughout the day

• Speak with driver after loading and unloading to make sure that what was supposed to load is what actually loaded.

• All  trucks that are transport Trade Show shipments MUST be equipped with Satellite Tracking, and drivers must have cell phones.

• Place pre-pick up and pre-delivery calls to Show Decorator Contractor to confirm dates and times shipments are to load/unload and confirm any additional requirements such as certified weight tickets, etc.

• Prior to show move out, contact exhibitor's on-site representative to make sure they have a copy of the move out instruction sheet and understand the proper way to prepare the Short Form Bill Of Lading

• On-Site representation at most major Trade Show events. These representatives live in the area and deal with show management throughout the show season. These representatives work with show management to make sure shipments load and unload in a timely fashion as well as make sure that shipments tendered to us are loaded on the correct trucks.

    Specialized Van Fleet

• All of our equipment is 100% air ride equipped with real-time satellite tracking and communication capabilities.

• Fleet is made up of high-cube drop frame vans and flat floor vans all include pads straps for blanket wrap loads.

• 4,400 pound capacity liftgate

• High -cube trailers equipped with hydraulic dock levelers and oversized side doors

• Straight trucks and 28' pup trailers liftgate equipped for local and regional work

• All fleet trailers equipped with full compliment of pads straps, pallet jack, 4 wheelers, full decking, Roll-A-Lifts, and assorted 2 wheelers, and most with liftgate.

• Climate control units and LTV (Lab Transport Vehicles) available

• Services available for local, regional, and national. To and from all points including Canada.

    Flatbed Fleet

• Entire fleet is 100% air ride

• Drivers average 18 years experience with high value products

• Flats, single drops, conestoga's, and curtain-side trailers available

• Will do permit loads for heavy and oversize loads

• Real time satellite tracking and communication capabilities

INTERNATIONAL

• Air or surface transportation, with origin and destination services provided by vendors we have ongoing relationships with that are experienced with the workings of Trade Shows

BROKERAGE

• We work with a group of carriers that can provide service for shipments or portions of shipments that can move via normal non specialized trucking to accomplish cost savings. Some examples are palletized paper products, brochures, tools, etc.
